The “Northern Sky Socks” are inspired by the twinkling stars in an icecold, dark and moonless northern winter night with light snowfall.
I designed the Northern Sky Socks in a way that they are equally suited for woman and men - a good opportunity to spoil your partner, father, son or friend.
The socks are worked from the cuff down with a reinforced heel flap heel and gusset decreases, wich are placed on the sole. The wedge that is formed this way, offers just enough space to place half a star. You can use two colours only or add contrasting cuffs, heels and toes.
